This update brings sweeping changes to the CloudRadial data-gathering agent (both for Windows and Mac operating systems) and the Windows desktop application.
The update adds several improvements to the agent, most notably the ability to pick up Datto RMM device IDs for upcoming integration plans. The desktop application adds a strongly recommended security update to better protect user data.
Please note that as new versions of the CloudRadial applications are released, older versions may reach end of life and will no longer be supported. It is critical to redeploy newer versions over old versions to take advantage of both security and performance improvements regularly.
The current agent version for Windows is v1.6.4. For Mac, it is v1.0.1.0. The desktop application has been updated to version v4.4.0.
